Coby’s Overturned Goal

I talked with Coby about this one on Sunday when the boys got home to Huntsville, and he didn’t seem that upset about it. It looked to me as if he was trying to kick it up to his stick to bang it home, but the puck crosses the goal line before he can stick it—and he misses, regardless.

For those wondering, I’ll find the Niagara goal that was waved off, too … I just haven’t gotten there in my re-re-watching of the game. I want to show that, for fairness’ sake. That one was, in my opinion, far more dubious a waveoff than Coby’s was.
