On October 24, 2011, Dr. Malcom Portera, UA System Chancellor and interim UAH President, officially announced the end of the hockey program at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. On December 6, new UAH president Dr. Robert Altenkirch, after meeting with the Nathan Bowen and his group, reversed that decision.

Now it’s our turn to Charge On. By our presence at UAH hockey home games, and pledging our financial support, we can show prospective conferences that we have the financial strength and backing to be accepted, and ensure the program’s long-term future.

This site has been created by the fans, for the fans, with the goal of spreading information regarding this egregious situation and showcasing how we can help.
